A little belatedly, here's a quick recap of what happened on screening day. :)

I think this was me welcoming the cast, crew & guests!

And thanks to Liuhang who supplied the champagne and cups, we even had a short toasting session after the screening (outside the museum premises of course!)
Overall, was really happy to meet with some of the cast and crew again, and for them to view the completed product and hear their comments about it. Unfortunately, there were quite a few cast and crew members who were unable to be there with us that day. You were missed! Hopefully we'll be able to get the whole lot of cast and crew the next time we have a gathering so that we can have a real catch-up session with loads of photos together to boot!

Editing Fulltime
Hi all,
MIA for very very long on the blog, but not in the editing room. School's finally over, and I have been editing full-time. Currently, locking the final parts of the film - after getting lots of excellent advice from our tutor, TJ, and cutting out lots of stuff (ohhh...)
Will continue my job as editor before I transform to sound designer hopefully next week. thank you Melinda for assisting in the sourcing for music and sound =)

Editor's Post
Hahahaha! MIA for sooo long.
Had been locked in editing room by directors without internet access. Yaps, while balancing school work (my Final Year Project) and editing, I have managed to clean up the 1st half of the film (that's about 20-30 minutes now) and moving on to the second part - the fight sequences...
Anyways, with the milk issue, all rabbit sweets have been disposed and editor is now without food again. For any contributions, please leave food at the door of studios 3, CFA Studios in NUS. Thank you.

Post-production Progress!
Dear friends of Cashless,
Over the past 2 months, I have received many emails, sms-es, msn messages from all of you regarding the progress of the edit (and when the dvd is ready or the film is ready for viewing)!
Just wanted to drop a note to say thanks so much for your support for the film! We really appreciate it! :)
Our editor is working hard at his job! We just had a meeting with our mentor Thean-jeen two weeks back to view the edit and after the session with him, Derek and I both agree that there is still lots more we can do/have to do to improve the edit.
So apologies for the wait and thanks for bearing with us! In the meanwhile, I will aim to have more regular blog updates here and on facebook so all of you will be kept in the loop on our progress. And needless to say, when the film is ready for viewing, all of you will be personally invited to attend the first screening! :)
Till then, do take care and check back here often!

CASHLESS Teaser
Been also working with Xuejin to come up with some teaser posters for CASHLESS. Have also roped in Kenny to help with publicity when the time comes.
Things have been moving a bit slowly, unfortunately, in part because we've all been busy. But no worries, we'll try to pick things up again!! So be sure to watch this space!
Here's a sneak peek at the process. The above is a first draft. Just one of the posters and idea we're toying with so it's not confirmed yet. Makes it look like a real gangster movie yea? :p (and in case you're wondering, yes that's Woon Yong, aka our dear Ah Long).
I'll unveil more when they are ready! In the meantime, feel free to let me know if you have any comments!
